The grant program itself is governed by the Official Program Rules at grant.b2ts.org/microgrant-rules, which are incorporated here by reference.
Eligibility and use
You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only content you have the right to share, and to use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt the service, or submit harmful or unlawful content.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting, you give Beauty 2 The Streetz permission to use your submission for the purpose of operating the grant (reviewing, selecting, and administering awards). We will seek your separate permission before using your name, story, or images in public marketing or promotional materials.
No guarantee of an award
Applying or being nominated does not guarantee selection or funding. All awards are made solely at the discretion of Beauty 2 The Streetz, as described in the Official Program Rules.
Service "as is"
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty 2 The Streetz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
